Order Entry & Sales Support Specialist role in Arlington Heights, IL!
Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for an Order Entry & Sales Support Professional to help facilitate vital industrial machinery sales to other businesses across the world.

Compensation Range : $50,000 - $60,000 Per Year (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)
Employment Type : Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
Hours : Monday Friday; 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm (Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week)
Worksite : In-Office / Onsite Warehouse / Office Facility
Dress Code : Business Casual
Report To : Technical Customer Support Manager
Responsibilities :
Processing high-value orders for specialized industrial equipment purchases from businesses across the world by coordinating with multiple departments (sales, production, logistics, accounting, etc.)
Entering in order details into both QuickBooks and Salesforce, including international logistics information, export documentation, and delivery details
Preparing & delivering post-sale documentation to businesses including user guides, technical advice, warranty information, and other offer details
Triaging inbound phone calls, emails, and messages from customers while assisting with general office administrative tasks
Requirements :
2-3 years of experience in an Order Entry, Order Processing, Sales Support, or Business Development position (ideally with an industrial manufacturing organization)
Ability to operate efficiently in QuickBooks, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other office technology
Experience with international import / export shipment processing is highly preferential (knowledge of the affiliated paperwork & processes)
Willingness to take on new tasks & responsibilities at a small organization that values teamwork
